Short Testimony From Yvonne

Just wanted to give a short testimony and encourage you at the same time. At the last meeting I said that we would love for you to love God, love the properties and love us.

What does loving God look like?

I had no idea.

What does loving God's Word look like?

I had no idea.

What does loving God's people look like?

I had no idea.

So I asked Him to give me a hunger and thirst for His Word, love for Him and a love for people. And this was my prayer back in 2012/2013.

If you don’t have a burning desire to get to know Him, to love Him and love His Word;

And you want it, you can ask Him, and He will give it to you. Ask him with a surrendered heart, and He will show Himself faithful to you. He wants this for you more than anything, but He will not force Himself on you.

Matthew 7:7 says Ask and you shall receive…

James 4: 8 says Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

I asked and He answered;
