Unity with the Father's heart

Shabbat Shalom,

Unity with the Father's heart empowers us to call forth what is not as though it were. (Romans 4:17b)

When Jesus walked the earth, He walked in absolute unity with the Father's agenda. Jesus prayed, fasted, and studied the Scripture - all to understand the heart of his Father so that he could demonstrate that heart on the earth.

We must follow the example of Jesus. Pursuing the unity, Jesus promises in John 17:21, "I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you."
